Cabot-Managed Properties seeks a qualified Food & Beverage Server at Grand Bear Golf Club in Saucier, MS. The role covers service in the restaurant and on the beverage cart with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma, 3+ years in food & beverage, and current health/alcohol cards. Prior upscale bar or country club experience is a plus, with strong customer service skills and POS familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 3+ years experience in food & beverage service.
• Up-to-date health and alcohol cards as required by law.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests with upbeat and positive attitude.
• Serve food and beverages with recommendations and upselling.
• Assist other servers on floor with seating, greeting, and first drink orders if necessary.
• Prepare customer checks and collect payments in accordance with company policy.
• Assist with other restaurant tasks, such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments.
• Present a clean and orderly restaurant by clearing dishes and resetting tables as needed.
• Communicate with all golf club staff to create guest experiences.
