Qualifications

• 2 years experience in fast-paced food service preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and provide state card if required.
• Flexible schedule, multitasking, prioritization.
• Knowledge of sales techniques.
• Knowledge of liquor and smoking laws.
• Ability to determine signs of intoxication.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
• Effective written and oral communication; strong interpersonal and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members and guests.
• Take food and beverage orders and input into POS system.
• Recommend menu items.
• Communicate food allergies or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff.
• Ensure orders are filled quickly, accurately, and meet quality standards.
• Provide attentive service by refilling drinks and checking on guests while dining.
• Promptly address service issues and refer to management when necessary.
