Job summary

The Territory LLC is seeking a Server/Bartender to join the golf course food and beverage team. You will mix and serve drinks, assist servers, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to state liquor laws.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages from the Beverage Cart, supporting events, upselling, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, organized bar and dining area. The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• State required alcohol seller/server certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Requires ability to frequently lift/move up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve all food and beverages from the Beverage Cart to golfers and guests.
• Service golfers in outings and private events according to the details on the BEO.
• Safely drive the golf course and maintain frequent and friendly sales and service opportunities with guests.
• Employ upselling and cross-selling strategies while informing guests about upcoming events and specials.
• Ensure the proper storage of all items from equipment to beverages and perishable foods.
• Attend to tables in the dining area.
• Process all payment methods.
• Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
