Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person events from concept to completion.
• Develop event timelines, budgets and checklists.
• Research and secure venues, vendors, and services (catering, AV, décor, etc.).
• Coordinate logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site management.
• Maintain vendor relations and assist with contracts.
• Support marketing with invitational content and registrations.
