Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of general cash handling, sales & customer service experience.
• 1 year of banking experience encouraged.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including Saturdays.
• Knowledge of vault, teller, and ATM operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle lobby, drive-thru, night deposit, or mail transactions accurately.
• Cash handling, balancing cash drawer, ATM duties.
• Assist vault duties and may operate as vault custodian.
• Process daily teller work and balance debits/credits.
• Provide prompt, efficient customer service in all transactions.
• Engage with customers to assess financial needs and make recommendations.
• Support branch goals by meeting referral targets.
• Maintain knowledge of deposit and lending products and enroll customers in services.
• Communicate clearly; follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Work independently or as part of a team; mentor new staff.
• Maintain neat workstation and organized supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
