Qualifications

• Experience in teller and personal banking with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teller and personal banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts, explaining terms and features.
• Process account maintenance and wire transfers, plus loan applications.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and assist with cross-sell opportunities.
• Support branch operations via audits, documentation reviews, and reporting.
• Maintain security and regulatory compliance; act as a training resource as needed.
• Perform vault duties and assist with audits; back up branch alarms when needed.
• Participate in ongoing training on systems, products, and compliance requirements.
