Job summary

Salem Five is seeking a part-time Branch Sales Associate for 20 hours weekly, with shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, deepening relationships, and cross-selling banking products within community branches.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a retail or banking environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and grow Salem Five’s market share in the communities it serves.
• Cross-sell products and services such as business loans, merchant services, insurance, and investment services.
• Record each customer contact in the Bank’s system and follow up as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute toward branch sales goals.
