• Process a variety of banking transactions for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Make outbound calls to generate sales, open accounts, and recommend products and services based on customer needs.
• Referral Duties: Direct customers to the appropriate departments or subsidiaries for additional services.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Operational Support: Perform bank operations tasks, complete reports, and manage administrative paperwork in line with bank procedures.
