The C&N Bank in Pennsylvania seeks a Part-Time Universal Banker to deliver friendly, efficient service at our branches. You’ll help customers with daily banking needs and support the branch network with a flexible, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting with account openings, and educating customers on digital banking solutions, while providing coverage for neighboring branches as needed across the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with little to no related banking experience.
• Proven customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to open consumer and business deposit accounts and educate customers on digital banking.
• Willingness to travel regionally for branch coverage as needed.

Responsabilités

• Customer Relationships & Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Branch Operations: Process teller and account transactions accurately while supporting daily branch needs.
• Account Opening & Customer Education: Assist customers with opening accounts and enrolling in digital banking services.
• Sales & Referrals: Identify needs, recommend products, and refer customers to partners when appropriate.
• Regional Branch Support: Provide coverage for other branches as needed, with possible travel within the region.
