Job summary

C&N is currently seeking a Part-Time Universal Banker to deliver outstanding service, process transactions, open accounts, and educate customers on digital banking. You’ll help create a welcoming experience across branches and provide coverage for neighboring locations as needed.

You will build relationships, identify customer needs, recommend banking solutions, and refer to specialists when appropriate, while supporting branch operations and cash handling accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; less than one year of related customer service, retail, cash handling, or banking experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service, relationship building, communication, active listening, sales, attention to detail, multitasking; includes cash handling and time management.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships & Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Branch Operations: Process teller and account transactions accurately while supporting daily branch needs.
• Account Opening & Customer Education: Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts, enrolling in digital banking, and using C&N technology.
• Sales & Referrals: Identify customer needs, recommend C&N products, and refer to specialists when appropriate.
• Regional Branch Support: Provide support and coverage for other branch locations as needed, may require travel within the region.
