At C&N, a Part-Time Universal Banker position is available to deliver exceptional service, open accounts, and educate customers about digital banking. You will support multiple branches and contribute to community banking in our region.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with under one year of related banking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This role emphasizes customer relationships and sales referrals.

Competenze

• You will need a high school diploma or GED and less than one year of related customer service, retail, cash handling, or banking experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Process a variety of teller and account transactions accurately while supporting the daily operational needs of the branch.
• Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts, enrolling in digital banking services, and utilizing C&N's technology solutions.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate C&N products and services, and refer customers to specialized banking partners when appropriate.
• Provide support and coverage for other branch locations as needed, which may require travel within the region.
