Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues for internal/external customers.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch (seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives).
• Adhere to operational controls to ensure safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate/control issues with transparency.
