Citi is seeking an entry-level Universal Banker in Surfside, FL to assist in opening accounts and delivering service to customers. You will process transactions, refer opportunities to partners, and support branch sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Process financial transactions per bank policies.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners when appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and address complaints promptly.
• Support branch sales/service activities and promotional campaigns.
• Adhere to operational controls and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets.
• Assess risk in business decisions with emphasis on compliance and ethics.
