You will participate in sales outreach, handle basic and complex tasks, and comply with policies while supporting branch demands. The role requires flexibility for weekends and occasional travel, with strong emphasis on customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer apps like Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Weekend/extended hours with possible travel or overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls, offers checks, and refer needs to branch team or specialist.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
