Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours occasionally

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions
• Educate clients on digital banking including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines and training
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Assist with new account openings and problem resolution as needed
