Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Plainview, NY seeks a part-time representative to assist with basic account openings and resolve service issues for existing customers.

You will execute financial transactions in line with bank policies and refer opportunities to partners where appropriate. The role supports branch sales and customer service activities, with salary in the $50,030–$65,270 range and benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customer.
• Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities out of service transactions and resolve customer complaints promptly.
