Responsibilities

• Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident records.
• Enter and maintain information in computer systems.
• Answer phones and assist residents, families, and staff.
• Prepare forms, lab slips, and other documentation.
• Schedule resident appointments and routine testing.
• Maintain nursing station supplies and organization.
• Assist with resident needs, including transporting and feeding as needed.
• Transcribe physician orders under nursing supervision.
• Work closely with nursing, medical, and administrative staff.
