Job summary

Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate Unit Clerk to provide desk coverage, answer the Health Center telephone, restock supplies, schedule appointments, and perform clerical duties under supervision. Qualifications

• A High school graduate.
• Must have pleasant personality; be flexible and able to work with all personalities.
• Must have good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and coordinate messages, using two-way radio and/or pager systems, in a polite positive manner.
• Assures resident safety
• Keep nurse’s stations clean, orderly and supplied with forms in both the Health Center as well as the Rehab Center
