Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site-specific policies.
