Responsibilities

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with staff.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions.
• Prepare clear incident reports in line with site policies.
