Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify site contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting activity per site procedures.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and security concerns for management.
