Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer - Patrol Watch in Nampa, ID. The role involves providing customer service, performing regular unarmed patrols, and maintaining a visible security presence at a technology-focused site.

You will monitor access points, manage visitor credentials, and respond calmly to incidents and alarms. The position supports a flexible schedule with weekend shifts and opportunities to learn and grow within our AUS unit.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Employment requires background check per laws.
• A drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, loading locations, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, including credential verification.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify personnel.
• Complete accurate activity and incident reports, and maintain professional presence.
