Job summary

Allied Universal in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced for a part-time daytime schedule. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with six-month commitment, plus the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of security experience, fluent Spanish, high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screens. CPR and licenses are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including entry points, customer areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity; report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift communications; maintain a professional presence representing Allied Universal.
