Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program, or equivalent.
• Corrections Officer License required.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and agency personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at government facilities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report all actions per post orders.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor activity and incidents.
• Maintain armed-post qualifications and handle equipment per laws and Allied Universal policies.
