Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization, and document access activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns calmly and escalate per protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and shift communications.
