Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (as required by Allied Universal driver policy).
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors by executing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with hospital personnel and first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas and perimeter locations to identify hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directions and adherence to site access procedures.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.
