Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced in Pedricktown, NJ. This role offers flexible, dependable hours with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

Responsibilities include access control, patrols, incident response, and customer service at a logistics and distribution site. The position requires high school diploma and security experience.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify access credentials, and document visitor and delivery activity.
• Complete required activity and incident reports and communicate information to supervision.
