Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) for our Newtown, PA location. You will patrol assigned areas, deter security incidents, assist visitors, and support access control while delivering excellent customer service.

This role offers flexible scheduling with the Claim a Shift platform, allowing you to build a shift-friendly routine. Prior security or customer service experience is valued, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficient with a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report issues to supervision.
• Document patrols and observations accurately per procedures.
