Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, and parking areas to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and campus inquiries.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
