Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and property representatives by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; document observations and report to site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property areas including interiors, entrances, parking areas and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized activity; assist with directing visitors per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and logs.
