Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Employer may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the distribution center, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and document visitor activity.
• Report unusual conditions and complete required incident documentation.
