Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, building entrances, parking areas, common spaces, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems in accordance with site procedures; document observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment for personnel and guests at a technology-focused workplace.
