Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor activity, report suspicious behavior, and communicate observations to site management.
• Respond to incidents calmly and in accordance with site procedures, documenting details.
• Assist with access control, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a professional presence.
