Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location including sales and stock areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity and deter unauthorized behavior with a professional presence.
• Document observations and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
