Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking areas, access points, trailer yards, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Observe and report unusual activity, damaged property, access-control concerns, and other security-related incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions in required reports.
