Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Compliance in Grove City, OH. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with a fixed anchor shift and optional additional shifts to earn more.

Pay rate is $17.98 per hour, with a schedule that includes DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PM. Candidates must meet minimum age and education requirements and pass background and drug screenings where required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site‑specific security procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and driver entry processes per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following established procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and security‑related activities through required reports and communication channels.
