Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution facility buildings, loading areas, trailer yards, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, and vehicles and following site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report to site contacts and responders.
• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and promptly report concerns.
