Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) in Groveport, OH. The role focuses on protecting personnel, visitors, and assets at a food and beverage production location while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining site security procedures.

You will conduct patrols, control access points, and respond to incidents with calm, professional judgment. The schedule includes Tue/Wed/Thu 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, delivery drivers, and visitors in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in required reports and logs.
