Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm, coordinated manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of transit facilities and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report security concerns per procedures.
