Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license if driving duties apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and staff per policies.
• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the retail location.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and hazards to store personnel or leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies per site procedures.
• Assist with access control and screening as assigned.
