Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, parking lots, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Verify credentials and document visitor/contractor entry, report access concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs to site leadership.
