Qualifications

Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Background check and drug screening as per policy.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a site.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and facility perimeter.
Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs of arrivals, departures, deliveries and incidents.
Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and follow site procedures and contact appropriate personnel.
Document observations and incidents in reports and communicate to leadership.
