Allied Universal® in Springfield, MA is seeking a part-time Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Services to safeguard guests and property across retail and entertainment venues. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, assist guests with customer service, and monitor access points in line with site procedures.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, families, tenants, and visitors following site policies and safety procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate responders as directed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the venue to deter incidents and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and support crowd management during events and busy periods.
• Document incidents and patrol activities for leadership and site management.
