Qualifications

• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, families, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally; notify site contacts or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the venue to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and support crowd management during busy periods and events.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and communicate information to leadership and site management.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to guests, families, tenants, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the entertainment venue, retail areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and support crowd management during busy periods, special events, and guest arrivals or departures in accordance with site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
