Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• You must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check is required by law.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting issues per site procedures.
• Complete required reports and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
