Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, directions, and traffic or parking-related needs.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and communicate information to site leadership or responders.
