Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Field Log in San Francisco, CA. The role offers fixed shifts with an anchor schedule and the option to claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $26.93 per hour with daytime shift hours and potential to scale to up to 40 hours per week. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of security experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
