Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct unarmed patrols at the assigned site, including sales areas, docks, storage, parking lots, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
