Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Gardendale, AL. This role offers reliable fixed hours with the option to earn more by picking up extra shifts across multiple sites.

Pay rate is $12.48 per hour, with a schedule of DayTime and weekend shifts designed for flexibility and income stability. You will work a fixed anchor shift for six months and may claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation and drug screening required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and other critical situations calmly and following established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter zones and report hazards or violations.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management according to site requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site leadership and emergency responders.
