Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and directing visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and communicate observations to site contacts.
• Complete accurate activity reports and maintain awareness of movement throughout the location.
